A complete free baseline
The gateway bundle will be useful on its own. Revenue may fund service, hardware, integration, and support—not artificial software scarcity.
Designed for interruption
Recovery media, offline documentation, signed updates, resumable delivery, and low-bandwidth interfaces belong in the core design.
Dignity over extraction
Communities are operators and builders, not a captive data source. The system should expand local capability without requiring data surrender.
WHAT FREE MEANS
The working gateway—not a teaser.
When the verified release is ready, the baseline bundle is intended to include the signed system image, a practical local AI control plane, offline operator documentation, recovery paths, and integrity verification.
Optional paid upgrades can solve organizational problems: managed fleets, qualified hardware, custom integrations, training, logistics, and support. The upgrade is the service around access—not the right to use the access itself.
CURRENT REALITY
The mission is fixed. The release is still being proven.
