  1. Clean-sheet BEAM core

    A BEAM runtime brought up directly on the hardware, without a general-purpose operating system beneath it.

  2. Bounded nucleus services

    Small, isolated services around the core. Each one owns a narrow responsibility and can fail without taking the system down.

  3. Local AI gateway

    Model hosting and a control plane that run on the device itself, usable offline.

  4. Storage, networking, and recovery

    Durable local storage, careful networking for constrained links, and recovery paths that an operator can follow without outside help.

  5. Operator interfaces

    Setup, status, and recovery tooling with documentation that ships in the bundle.
